This property also features a guaranteed sea view. Situated on the third floor of a building with an elevator, along a quiet side street In Nebida (Iglesias), this recently renovated apartment features peaceful spaces flooded with natural light. 
It consists of a kitchen and living area with a sea view, a large master bedroom with an additional single bed also overlooking the sea, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a terrace with a balcony running along the entire length of the house.

The real gem of the house is the splendid panoramic terrace, perfect for unwinding while admiring the sea view. As a fully self-contained apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast is not included, granting you ultimate freedom and privacy throughout your stay.

The house is strategically located in the village of Nebida (Iglesias, South Sardinia). A short walk will take you to the main square, supermarkets, local bars, and restaurants. Free parking is always available along the street or in the church square directly opposite.

HOW TO BOOK:

Book using the reservation box on the side. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests, and we can provide a baby cot for children under 3 years old. During the low and mid-season, a discount for stays longer than 9 days will be automatically applied by the system.

Tourist tax: €2 per person per night (children under 10 years old and other specific cases listed on the Municipality of Iglesias website are exempt). This tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
